We want you to have the best experience possible, so we have carefully selected a list of exotic dream vacation destinations for you to choose from.  Destinations are subject to change. 

Only one complimentary vacation, an up to $2,285 USD value (excluding taxes and fees) per household per year may be redeemed.  Transportation, meals, beverages and incidentals are not included.  Additional fees or taxes may be required to be paid at the hotel or resort.  Accommodations are for two people only, one person must be at least 21 years of age or older and must have a credit card in his or her name at the time of check-in.  All inventory is subject to availability. 

You will have up to 30 days to redeem your vacation certificate and then 7 days to pay the taxes and fees, currently ranging from approximately $108 USD to $443 USD, with the majority of the destinations averaging $200 USD, subject to change at any time.  You will then have up to 18 months to reserve your vacation.  You will not be required to attend a timeshare presentation while on vacation.  Terms and conditions may apply.

No Timeshare Presentation Required!

All hotel or resort stays are primarily at 3 to 5 star properties for two people.  At least one person must be age 21 or older and must have a major credit card, some hotels may make an exception and accept a debit card.  Some hotels may make an exception and accept children under age 12 in the USA, for an additional fee, and others will not. You will be able to choose from the available hotels or resorts at the time of the reservation. 

However, our Five Diamond Club lifestyle subscription does give you the type of flexibility you might be seeking, so you may subscribe if you do not find availability with the complimentary vacation.  Your lifestyle subscription will give you access to exclusive pre-negotiated rates that are significantly lower than the high retail rates you will find elsewhere.

With the complimentary vacation program, we help hotels and resorts fill up their approximate 35% unsold rooms.  Why do they give us this inventory?  It is tax deductible, it helps pay the overhead, and it helps generate paying clients at their restaurants, bars, gift shops, tour desks, spa, golf clubs, casinos and other points of sale.  

You are not required to attend a timeshare or vacation ownership sales presentation while you are on vacation, although they might invite you.

You will have a certain time period specified in the email you receive when redeeming your vacation certificate (please check inbox and spam/junk folder as it comes from a third-party vendor) to activate and pay for the nominal taxes and fees.  The taxes and fees are subject to change.  Once paid, you have up to 18 months to reserve and use your complimentary vacation. Please make sure you do not let it expire, as we do want you to enjoy your vacation!

Please note that hotels and resorts may require a credit card as a deposit for incidentals. 

Please read terms and conditions within your complimentary vacation certificate and email for details, as well as in the reservation process on the third-party vendor site. Transportation is not included. Your address must be at least 100 miles or 160 kilometers away from the destination you chose, however  Mexico residents may not redeem vacations within the country of Mexico.  Some resorts or hotels may require some additional taxes or fees, such as a nominal resort fee.

If you reserve more than one complimentary vacation within a one-year time period your reservation may not be honored and will be non-refundable as well as reported for fraudulent use and Five Diamond Club LLC may decide to pursue prosecution.  If you were given the complimentary vacation by a subscriber, it may affect the person’s subscription of who gave you this vacation voucher.  Five Diamond Club LLC and its vendors will pursue legal action and prosecute anyone misusing or fraudulently attempting to use the complimentary vacation vouchers.

  2. Your Complimentary Voucher will allow you to activate it within 30 days.  Once you have scanned the QR Code or visited the redemption site and inputted your unique certificate code provided at the end of the registration, you will then need to activate your Hotel or Resort stay within 7 days of receiving the email from our third-party vendor by simply paying the recovery costs for the local government taxes and tourism fees (subject to change at any time).
  3. Check your email (inbox, spam or junk folder) after activation for link to manage your trip.
  4. Next step simply login and Select your preferred travel dates and view available Hotels or Resorts.
  5. Then simply Choose hotel or resort and room type from available and participating hotels and resorts.
  6. For Best Hotel / Resort options and availability search weekday travel with check-in from Sunday – Thursdays, also some weekends may have small surcharges or limited availability.
  7. Certain Holidays and special events may have limited or no availability keep in mind you have an 18 month period to select amazing Hotel & Resort options.
  8. Each vacation is designed as a couple’s getaway – the majority of available room types will be for up to 2 adults. Some destinations may not have room configurations with availability for children. Adding children may reduce your hotel options or available date selections.
  9. GROUP travel is NOT allowed only 1 party among friends, family, acquaintances or known groups can use the complimentary vacation incentive for the same or overlapping travel dates.
  10. Resort fees or other government fees at check in may still apply in some hotel destinations.
  11. Only one complimentary vacation (excluding taxes and fees) may be redeemed per household in a 12-month period of time, whether it was issued by Five Diamond Club or any of our partners or third-party vendor.
  12. Pay the non-refundable administrative service fee (subject to change) to Five Diamond Club LLC after redeeming your complimentary vacation (excluding taxes and fees).
